  Well, we had two additions done by All County Exteriors. A family room and a master bedroom with a bathroom and walk in closet. Additions are definitely not their strong suit. We received the green light from our mortgage company that work could begin May 2021, All County did not begin work until September 2021, they did not finish until February 2022. We were not able to pick out any of our finishings after paying $136k. We never went over what we liked or didn't like, so they installed things that I don't like. Such as the windows, trim, and doors, the door handles. The floor in the bathroom is grossly uneven. They never re-installed our fence. The guys they brought in to do our floors, definitely stole our left over hardwood flooring because I over purchased. They removed a door leading to our laudry room, but left the concrete step, after the project manager Bill R. promised us he'd get rid of it. The concrete step looks ridiculous with no door! I have no attic access above the additions, which annoys me. After telling me the additions would be done before I gave birth, my new baby was 3 months old before they finished. So we had tend to our newborn and toddler during construction. That was no fun. Happy to have more room for my family, however, I would not use All County Exteriors again. Our job kept being put off, the additions department of their company isn't very organized. I think they more so specialize in other areas. The siding, roofing, and gutters look great. Their carpenters are outstanding. The mason they use is top notch. Maryann, the secretary is very nice.

  All County contracted a well-known roofer, who we had already contacted for an estimate, because of so many good reviews from friends, but the extra guarantees and supplies that were offered over those that the contracted company had given us directly made us go with All County. We were not disappointed! Excellent workmanship and a beautiful new roof. We have since called on All County for a porch rail, and recently, new shutters for our home. We are very happy with all the work they have done or had done for us.

  Generally i do not write review but in this worst expereince customer and the company owner should know what is going on. I Choose this company from GAF certified contractor and because of their good Google reviews. My personal experience was worst and trying to contact their owner Mr. Ray but did not get call from him still waiting for his call. Unsatisfied with their office person who was handling my project I don't want to describe the name but they charged me for vinyl siding and never got the right one. All the times because of their miscommunication brought the wrong size siding or wrong color to close my attic fan from outside. 1st time came with wrong size , 2nd time came with wrong color When they came 3rd time again with white color siding. I can't take day off all the time so i gave them my existing siding which took it out from my porch to do the bathroom project handle by other contactor and their guy told me they will refund you for the siding which they used my one but they are saying no now. I will not prefer to anyone for this roofing company. Horrible attitude and too much miscommunication between the office person and the site supervisor. Site supervisor also with too much attitude and don't explain properly what the guy has to do. You have to stand with them all the time otherwise your project will finish improper. Two.of their team memembers also accept they have so many miscommunications between the office person ,site supervisors and crew. Good luck to those who choose this company. I wish owner get time and call me back . They charged me vinyl siding and used my one and office person say we can not give you refund as we sent twice our guys but that's her miscommunication of color of siding which i never approved. They brought small siding and white color which i was keep telling her that make sure my siding is not white and it's not smaller but they don't care and never accept their miscommunication. See the attached pics how they brought the siding and also leave the wall almost more than two months without siding. Also, I told office person about my bathroom vent is banging while windy but they do not bother or send somebody to look it.
