  It's been 11 or 12 months since they did my roof and I have water pouring in through my garage roof. I just called to see if they will stand by their work and fix the leaks. waiting for a response. Unfortunately my hopes aren't high. I paid for all new decking, they went right over rotted wood so no figure I've got leaks.

  Ver bad experience. Came to house and gave me a quote. I put down half payment. It took them over 2 months to come back out to house. Once they did I got a text saying I have to pay an extra 5,000 because material cost extra and if I cancel it's a 30% fee. No one never called be to tell me the supplies cost more until they brought them. In the contract/recipe of down payment it includes the gutters and fixing extra part of roof for the price we both agreed on. When I tried to get in touch with the owner I had no success. If I don't get a response with in 3 days I'm going to small claim court

  I arranged an appointment with Paige for one of All City's roofing contractors to come to our address to get an estimate. I took off work as well as my my boyfriend and our realtor so we could be present for the service. While waiting at the house for the contractor to arrive, we got a call that he was double booked and wouldn't be able to show up. There were no other contractors available. This is totally unacceptable and there was no accountability taken for the mistake. This is not a company I would ever do business with nor would recommend to anyone else. What a horrible first impression.
