  In December 2015, many of my neighbors in Roanoke and I had a lot of hail damage. So I chose the roofer my neighbor used. A year later to the date, I noticed water damage in my upstairs ceiling. Guess what? The roof I received was not a quality job - boots not nailed down, nails not caulked, no drip edge around the perimeter. Over 15 calls and texts and that roofer wouldn't come fix it, return calls or my texts. I took out a Better Business Bureau complaint this past month only to learn the guy isn't even licensed. So tomorrow, I get to pay a quality roofer shy of $3000 to come re-apply a 14' x 14' section of roof, add a drip edge and new boots, plus plaster a new ceiling and repaint. :(. It was my bad. Always check out your contractors with the Better Business Bureau. Make sure they are licensed. Make sure they give you a contract describing the scope of work to sign. Don't use someone just because they did work on your street. And most importantly: DON'T USE "ALL AROUND ROOFING" IN ROANOKE. OWNER M. MILLINER!

  All Around Roofing was professional and did a good job repairing my roof. The Roofer explained to me what he was going to do before he got on the roof. The Roofing Contractor took the damaged and missing tiles, then, he show me the places of repairs needed and the exact cost. That same afternoon, he came over with closely matched tiles and did the repairs. The cost was reasonable considering the type of work and working in 100 degree heat and also, the job was done in a couple of hours. Thanks to this Roofing Company everything done well.
