  They rescheduled my estimate appointment 3 times, citing an "emergency". Then called to say they checked my roof and that my house needs a new roof. Well, my home office window and my security camera show no-one was here. Liars! They are a complete fraud!!! Where's the integrity?!?!

  Alexandria Roofing replaced my roof about 20 years ago. Since then a number of people have been up there like the satellite TV guy (multiple holes where he moved the satellite and didn't patch) and the nice people that cleaned and recapped my chimney (flashing damage). While they meant well, they all did damage to the roof integrity. Alexandria Roofing has stood behind their warranty and provided outstanding customer service by coming to my rescue promptly and politely to resolve the leaks left behind by the other companies. My dad recommended Alexandria Roofing to me 20 years ago (and he had really high standards) and I wanted to make sure that 20 years later other home owners in the area were aware of the amazing quality of service and support that they provide.

  Alexandria Roofing is outstanding in every respect. From the CEO down, every interaction leaves me loving this company more and more. I have used them now for two roofs, and cannot me more satisfied with the experience. This company is a rare breed possessing not only outstanding customer service and quality of work, but also a high degree of integrity and sincere desire to build a long-standing relationship with their customers. Thanks to Pat in particular for helping me out with my short timeline! I will recommend you to everyone I know!
