  I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Ray did not perform ANY work. Took $4100 for materials and never purchased them. He has an excuse every time I make contact with him. I have told him repeatedly I want my money back. This has been going on 3 1/2 months now. I would advise not contacting this business or individual for work……DO NOT use Ray. I have sued Ray in small claims and was awarded judgement, but he will will not pay or return my money. I believe He belongs in jail..

  Buyer beware! I have been trying to get this company to fix a roof it put on our house since May 2017 and the leak continues. Alexander Exteriors put a new roof on our house in 2015, shortly before we purchased it. In May 2017, one area started occasionally leaking. Twenty emails, several missed appointments, and countless calls later, someone arrived unannounced in September 2017 to look at the roof. The same leak became noticeable again in February 2018. The email/phone call cycle restarted, and someone randomly arrived (again unannounced -- we just happened to be home) at the end of March 2018. They mentioned unrelated squirrel damage in a different part of the house but were vague about whether or not any work had been done on the leaking area. The team left and said they would send over a proposal, but since it included sealing dead squirrels into the house ("They don't smell after they've been poisoned!") we declined and called a designated pest company. The original leak -- unrelated to pests or seemingly any other cause except poor craftsmanship -- started again in July 2018 and we began contacting Alexander Exteriors. Now, in February 2019, with no replies to any of my messages since last March, it is clear this business has zero intention of fixing the problem it caused. I have asked many times why this cannot be taken care of, or whether this is a real business. At one point, the owner called me and rambled about how that little particular part of our roof was not covered under the warranty, but everything else was. I asked him to explain more, since I was looking at the warranty paperwork and did not see any note about this. Instead, he mentioned he'd throw us a bone and do a little work for free solely because we had been calling for five months at that point and no one had come to look at the problem. But nothing was fixed. After almost two years of chasing this business, we can only assume they have zero intention of accepting repair work on their roofs. If you want to keep the water out of your house -- and expect your roofing company to stand by their work -- do NOT hire Alexander Exteriors.

  They would have done a perfect job if they would have finished the job! We were dumb enough to pay them off before the work was complete and they snubbed us! Installed siding and never came back to install the shutters. All this over shutters! We have to threaten to dispute our last payment to get them to hopefully comply! Wish us luck!.
