  Alexander and Son Home Improvement provided a very thorough quote for designing and building a new weight bearing wall. They were punctual and the only contractor that provided a reasonable quote. The excellent professionalism continued after the quote was submitted as they provided additional ideas on what could be done to reduce the price and what they would and would not recommend in regards to the design. In the end, the total cost was less than the given quot. While working on the project, I asked questions regarding some electrical issues. The owner looked at the issue. While investigating, he found other electrical issues that were a safety concern. He offered to fix the more serious issues without charging me, and assisted me with fixing the minor problems. They were very thorough taking measurements and provided valuable feedback and recommendations regarding the design. When they were finished, they cleaned up, leaving no evidence that they were even there. Overall, it was a pleasure working with them. I have used Alexander and Son Home Improvement for several different prod jets such as, replacing a couple of floors, plumbing, and installing a new hot water heater. Each time was a pleasure. I will be using Alexander and Son for any future contracting needs. I found them to be very dependable, honest, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them

  Rob is the most professional person I have ever met! He is excellent at whatever he does! Friendly and personable always in a good mood and always on time! He puts in a full 8 hours and more a lot of the time. His skills are excellent and he can do anything that needs to be done in your home or building!!! I can’t say enough about him! If you need work done I highly recommend him! He had worked at my place a number of times. Roofing, siding, remodeling, tile, bathroom he does it all!!

  They showed up on time, where EXTREMELY professional from start to finish. Kept my home clean, discussed anything and everything with me to make sure I was aware of each step in the process. They went ABOVE & BEYOND any other company I have worked with. I will make sure to not only use them again but highly recommend them to anyone I know or hear needing work done.
