  Where to begin……from the start I knew that these guys were special. Their communication was top notch. Any questions I had during the quote process were quickly handled by Nathan (sales rep) who was extremely attentive and prompt. The ease of keeping in touch with Alex (owner) during the job made me feel confident that my needs were being met. I wanted a completely new roof and was told I had 3 layers of shingles including a layer of old wood shake. After I chose APR it was a breeze to get the work scheduled. Johnny (production manager) was swift in helping me make a choice for a roof color. Jeff (project manager) was great at keeping the job details nice and tidy. The work was done over 2 days on April 19th and 20th The demo crew was fast as lightning and very attentive on cleanup. The rain was threatening for the 21st so the roofers hustled on day 2 and absolutely crushed it. Isidro and his roofing crew (Fidel,Geo and Enrique) were respectful and thorough. They had great chemistry and it was easy to tell that these guys have been doing this as a team for awhile. I’ve included a few of pictures of before, during and after the job. The brown was my old roof. I had ridge vents installed with low profile vents to maximize airflow through my attic. The color I chose was the Georgetown Grey. This was an absolute 5 star experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this team for your roofing needs. Thank you very much Alex and all your crew!

  Alex Perez Roofing was courteous and professional throughout our association and was the only company who responded to us after a severe storm left us with a leaking roof. The office staff was responsive and communication was outstanding! When Manuel came out to give us an estimate, his knowledge and expertise was evident; he explained in detail what the job would entail and instilled confidence with his recommendations which included the leak and tile repair and some preventative maintenance to extend the longevity of our roof. The team who actually did the work was respectful of the property, professional, and personable. Alex Perez Roofing will be the company we will use again if ever needed and recommend to others in the area.

  Small world. I know Alex 6 years ago to repair my gutter but because my mother got sick so I cancelled my appointment with him. This year, I was planning to replace my roof so I called few companies from yelp. I saw Alex profile & he has many good reviews. I finally decided to choose him & I make the right decision, His stuffs is working hard & do a good job. They started working. Last Tuesday until late & Wednesday, my roof was done & no leaking at all. I found it if I know Alex 6 years ago when he text me to get his payment then I saw my old messages between him and me. So proud of him, finally Alex has own roof company & I would like to recommend if anybody looking to replace their roof.
