  Be Aware. After two poor roof coatings, contractor has promised twice to look at the poor workmanship and has not shown up. Called him the other day and he texted me "up on a roof it's windy, I'll call you back at the end of the day". No call

  On Saturday 2 days ago Alex happened to be working at my next door neighbour’s house I cane out And asked if he could seal my roof too. Alex was very honest and tell me my third-floor didn’t need sealant but my floor first did. He handed me his card and asked me to text him my email and he will give me an estimate . He did he send me an estimate Andrew the job was done within 5 hrs. I asked him to check out 2 gutters for me that need replacing/fixing, he gladly did. Do you need work done on your roof? Call Alex.

  I contacted Alex after receiving a recommendation for him via a Facebook group. The Rake Metal/aluminum cap piece along the roof/siding was ripped off during a recent storm. Alex picked up immediately and talked to me about my issue, as well as requested photos and my address so he could come to my house the very next day to determine what would be needed. It was very kind and professional how Alex explained everything to me in an incredibly patient manner, and made me feel at ease. Alex even provided an estimated quote for repair, which was extremely reasonable. I appreciate all Alex did to ease my concerns about this storm damage! I look forward to using him in the future.
