  The initial panic of finding out there was water leaking in from a damaged roof was a little overwhelming. Then, dreading having to deal with the insurance company, adjusters etc. just didn’t seem like it was going to be easy at all. We had seen several other roofing signs in our neighborhood and we reached out to a company that made us feel like all of our nightmares were coming true. The representative was extremely pushy and seemed to be in a huge hurry for us to give them our adjusters contact information. We decided to ask around and a few people recommended Alcorn Roofing. We had a very understanding person to deal with (Ben). Ben was finishing up for the day when we got into touch with him, but after explaining the situation he rushed over to assist. After several minutes and what appeared to be a rather thorough inspection, Ben showed us the photos he’d taken, as well as explaining the entire process to us from start to finish. Alcorn Roofing immediately ordered a tarp job, as there was expected rain in the forecast. Ben was not pushy at all, in fact he told us that even if we chose a different company he was very pleased to have been able to help. Just as he was ready to head off for the day, the man arrived to tarp up the problem areas. My husband and I knew that we had found our roofers! We called and spoke to the insurance company once and everything was handled from that point forward. Ben stayed in constant communication with us from the beginning to the end. I couldn’t get over how professional and smoothly everything went. We even managed to receive an upgraded shingling, that really made our house stand out from the rest. They completely finished our project in a day. It was a very pleasant experience! They did not leave anything behind, my husband looked for the best part of an hour and could not find the tiniest bit of our old shingling or any trash for that matter. I would highly recommend Alcorn Roofing to anyone who wants a good quality product and a great job done!! We will certainly be in touch for any of our future needs. Thank you Alcorn!

  We recently used Alcorn roofing system to fix our roof and we were 100% satisfied. Alcorn roofing was efficient, courteous, and very fast when it came to helping us. They were also very patient when they came to us trying to get our paperwork situation taken care of. We highly recommend Alcorn roofing system to anyone needing their roof fixed, repaired, or replaced. If for whatever reason we need our roof fixed in the future, we will definitely be calling Alcorn roofing system.

  Ben and his team really took care of us! They upgraded us to a class 4 roof in one day and put on new gutters the next day! The cost was also very reasonable. Ben made sure that we were happy with all the work being done and we are really happy with our new roof!!
