On 4/12/13, I bought a Living Social voucher for 2k sq ft gutter cleaning. It is 6/15/13 & Corey still has not cleaned them! On 4/19, he told me May 13th or 14th. On 5/19, he told me within two weeks. That was the last time I heard from him, even after numerous phone messages & emails. I finally complained to Living Social & the Better Business Bureau 6/15. It's unacceptable & unprofessional for them not to provide the promised goods when someone purchases their services in good faith. It will be a while before I see the refund because they are trying to contact the owner, too.

I apologize greatly for the confusion. I did get back a hold of you through the telephone, email and better business bureau to inform you numerous times that we canceled all of our work with living social and you were refunded your money. We had problems with the voucher and were not able to do the work with living social. I was informed though living social that all vouchers that were purchased that everyone received a $20 gift card along with a full refund.
