  I purchased an older home and the remodel with a bedroom/bath/kitchen addition was performed by Alamance Construction Co. It was a year long process created by permit and material delays due to covid issues and I must say John did his best to get all the work done as soon as it was possible. There were some minor issues and the contractor was very responsive in getting the items taken care of. The end result is that I have a home I love and I can honestly say Alamance Construction made that happen for me.

  It was good to find out early that they're dishonest. They said they were interested in my renovation project. They asked me to send my contact information and they would consult their schedule. They never called back. Contractors may think its acceptable or even funny to lie people. Liars will not prosper. Customers are having a frustrating time finding anyone to do any work. We are not asking for free labor. If you do not want to work then don't answer the phone and close your doors for business.

  I am not sure how a missed return phone call made us dishonest. Unfortunately we are like most companies and are having a hard time keeping up with demand as well as having a hard time finding people who want to work. We try our very best to stay on top of things but some things do fall through the cracks. It was never our intent to not get back to you but mistakes do happen sometimes. If we did not have the time to take on your job we would have graciously declined the opportunity rather than ask for your information and not call you back. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
