  Horrible experience. Took 1/2 of my total bid in Nov. 2021. Said they had to have it to order materials. Had to prod them to even get any word of when the materials supposedly got to them. Said they have it but 2 months went by without starting the job. Now struggling to get my money back. Emails unanswered and story after story. It is now March 4th. I will now have to sue.

  Scott Sorrells sold a metal roof to us after Hurricane Harvey from a TWIA claim. It took months to complete the work, with multiple promises from Sorrells. Workers might show up for a couple of days, then disappear for weeks. I was suspicious, so I called the building inspector in Fulton and found he had not even applied for a building permit. Finally we got our certificate. Recently I noticed areas of missing paint. I sent pictures and he refuses to contact me to look at it. There are plenty of good roofing contractors in the coastal bend. This is not one.

  Ray, I apologize for your experience. The months after the hurricane where a trying time for all of us and the amount of work to be done through out the area was massive. I am glad we where able to install your roof and again sorry for the project timeline.
