  Funny story, we needed our roof down and we called our neighbor to see who she went with. My wife placed a call and they (AIS) came out and knocked out roof out. When we talked to our neighbor again once they were done, she said “that isn’t who i used and they did a better job on your roof than mine.” At the end of the day, our roof is perfect and AIS is great to work with.

  Hired AIS to repair some water damage in the attic from a prior homeowner. They replaced molded insulation, replaced attic vents, installed new insulation, all w/o issue. They were quick and timely with an estimate and showing up to do the repairs (an issue with most home contractors). It was a very positive experience and we intend to use them again in the future.

  We asked AIS to look at renovations to our old home. The company is very professional, personable and family run. Parks Sr. and Jr. spent the time to come and evaluate our project and answer all questions. They were very responsive and followed up several times to ensure we had all the information we needed. I knew by reading lots of reviews that AIS was a good choice and based on my experience I would recommend them to anyone.
