  We discovered water in the house after a big rain. Filed a claim and also got a water removal company to come out. After 3 different professionals inspect the house nobody can tell me from where! Called Aires because a few neighbors recommended them to have a look. Literally within 2 minutes he had found the culprit…a bad gasket around a pipe jack. With rain coming the next evening they came out and completely fixed the issue to save me from even more water damage. Absolutely recommend.

  The phrase that I would use to describe their work is “above and beyond”. I hired Larry to be the contractor manager for the various upgrades that I did for my property, which included a complete replacement of galvanized steel pluming with chlorinated PVC, an HVAC system replacement, a circuit breaker replacement and rewiring, some minor roofing issues, and other smaller tasks. Though Larry himself did the roofing work, which was of excellent quality, he knows a wide variety of contacts, and understands well what goes on into each of the other non-roofing jobs. I spent no effort managing the other contractors, and no effort in finding them for the jobs. He did all of the haggling with the other contractors on prices to make sure the parts/labor were the best deal for me. The cleanup after the drywall work was also taken care of. Any questions that I had in the morning, afternoon, and evening, he made himself available to answer them, and was very patient with my extensive inquiries. Additionally, when choosing a HVAC system, instead of recommending the more high-end expensive units, he told me what I realistically needed for my property, and recommended units based on that information. He even managed to find an electrician to do emergency breaker-box fixes and upgrades (the wiring installed by others before I purchased the property was not done properly, and was causing issues) during Thanksgiving week, which now works well and is up to code. Also, the way he quotes me prices is well-appreciated. Though his initial quotes are conservative, they are meant to be the “high-ends” in case the job ever reached that amount due to unforeseen issues, which it rarely did. That way, if the job ends up not being that high, I am pleasantly surprised, and if it was, then was expected. If I ever need work done on my house again, I will absolutely be hiring him again, and recommend him for anyone else.

  Larry, the owner built a 10x8 shed in our backyard. Beware of him and his business as he did sub par work, needs to replace the exterior completely due to not sealing before painting and it is buckled, cracked, separated and has open spots where it should be nailed, so now we have rain going inside. Once we shared the pictures with him, he was going to come back, but that was over a month ago and he is not returning phone calls, just totally ignoring us. Also his address on the web doesn't even exist. I give him -10 and I don't see how he can continue doing business if he treats people like this. Larry, thanks for the reply in reference to our review. The sad part is that this review wouldn't have been so negative if you would have answered your phone for the last month. The last conversation we had with you, was you were going to get the 10 sheets and come replace them one at a time so we wouldn't have to move anything from the shed. That was around April 1st and we hadn't heard from you (after repeatedly calling you) until we put this review on your website. I would think that with a bad review you would want to honor your commitment to a customer who paid you over $2500.00 and has been patient with you about this delamination (manufacture defect). We would be willing to change the review IF you would be willing to honor your commitment to us.

  Robert, thank you for your time. I would like to point out something... The problem with the siding on the shed is called delamination. It has nothing to do with improper sealing or quality of workmanship, it is a manufacture defect. However, for the record, it was painted with an exterior primer and paint, after all of the trim was sealed with silicone. Your wife was informed we were willing to come out and supply the labor at no cost once the manufacture supplied the replacement materials (since it is a manufacture defect) The materials have yet to be supplied (I checked at the beginning of the week) I let your wife know that we would update her when once we received an update. Given that you went out of your way to write a negative and inaccurate review about our company, I will not be doing any labor at no cost moving forward. Thank your for supporting a small business. Thank you Robert for replying to my Reply For the record every time that you called I did pick up the phone. I stopped answering the phone from your wife's phone number, However, I have talked to her since this post was made. So that everyone knows she called me everyday asking for an update from the manufacture, I told her the same thing each time. I will call and update once I have new news, I check with them (the manufacture) once a week. I stopped answering the phone when she started calling 2 times a day for an update. I have given several options for this to be fixed and all of them have been denied. As far as my commitment to you goes I have none, I went above and beyond working around your newly planted gardens (that were not there when the job was bid) and working in an over saturated area because the sprinkler guy had a leak. I should have let this project go after the HOA "Lost the paperwork", because now I have a good idea of what happened. Also regarding your original post my office does exist. I wish you both the best.
