  AGR Project Manager Alex Williams did a great job from start to finish. When I reached out to Alex the morning after a major storm caused massive damage across the city, he showed up the same day. His crew covered the damaged areas of the roof and he explained the claims process and how he/AGR could help in dealing with the insurance company. From that point on, he handled numerous issues with the insurance company which were delaying the roof replacement. Alex always returned calls/texts/emails and answered all my questions thoroughly. The AGR roofing crew did a great job; efficient and careful. When the insurance company approved gutter replacement on only one side of the house, we decided to replace all gutters to keep a uniform look. AGR did the work for a reasonable price and very quickly. Overall, a very unpleasant experience (the storm) was made far less traumatic and devastating because of the fine work of AGR and Alex Williams.

  ASBESTOS ROOF-----Thank you so much Zach Hart!!!. If you are someone who hates dealing with your insurance company, CALL AGR ROOFING and ask for Zach Hart. He is the insurance whisperer. We have an asbestos roof original to the house built in 1939 that desperately needed to be replaced. We also had significant water damage to our entryway and stairway leading upstairs. Our insurance adjuster came out to inspect and gave us $7,000 (a ridiculous amount) to replace the roof and fix the interior. The insurance company cut a check; closed the claim and stopped returning our calls. We checked Google reviews, called AGR and Zach came out. He looked at everything, took pictures of the roof with a drone and said our insurance company was definitely low-balling us. He got our homeowners policy information and assured us our insurance company will pay for it. AND THEY DID. We did not have to do anything. Eight days later, our insurance company cut us another check and payed a total of $30,313. We had the entire roof replaced, interior fixed AND new gutters. Zach was in constant contact with us. He was very hands-on and always checked the completed work. SERIOUSLY, use this company for all of your roofing and construction needs. Excellent work!!

  Shout out to Zach Hart at AGR. From the hour after a huge storm hit out house and outbuildings, Zach was giving us professional advice. Zach drove over 2 hours to meet with us while the insurance agent was looking over our property to ensure nothing was missed. Our house needed new siding, roof, and gutters and our job was completed sooner then our neighbors who chose another contractor. Our insurance was of course, low balled all of their estimates and Zach and AGR ensured they paid what they needed to pay. We couldn't be happier with how great our home looks or the service we received. All of the contractors who came to out house were friendly and cleaned up the mess upon completion. Thanks again Zach ! Some of our neighbors still haven't had a product delivered much less put on their home, I am sure they are kicking themselves when they drive by and our home is complete.
