  We replaced our roof this year and had Mike Marcocci guided us through the process. He was extremely professional and helpful. He kept in contact with us from beginning to end. The estimate came in spot onto the overall job. We are so extremely glad we went with Affordable Roofing in Cape Coral and Mike. Thanks for a job well done! I would definitely recommend!

  This company was the lowest cost of 4-5 estimates. They procured the specific brand shingles I requested and started the job within a few days of signing the contract. They kept their word and did a fine job. I recommend them without reservation if you are considering a roof.

  Mike at Affordable Roofing is the most unprofessional roofer I've had the misfortune of working with. I have a written quote from him showing that the homeowner will have the solar panels removed from the house because I was keeping the system. Mike did not give me an install start date, showed up at the home within 2 days for the tear off and removed and discarded my solar panels. I am the owner of the property and have tenants in the home. When I contacted Mike to ask him what was going on, he pushed the blame everywhere but himself. They make a mistake and are now telling me that this is my problem. It will cost a minimum of $3,000 for a new system and he said it's not his problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not read the orders, they do not communicate when they plan to start a job, they didn't let me know when the job was completed, nor did they think they needed to check the leak inside the house that was caused during the replacement process.
