  Guillermo took over the project through a transition period. He handled it flawlessly, dealing with cook county, material, and in the pandemic. I was very impressed by the Team headed by Rogelio. They busted their butts and got a big job done. I counted 8 roofers and didn’t leave until the job was done. Came back to do finishing touches. The custom gutter team was also awesome and seamless 6” gutters were interesting to watch being fabricated on site. Guillermo went above and beyond to put in insulated exhaust lines for the bathroom vents, went and got additional material to roof my shed, and decked me out with black gutters and downspouts. He sent a guy to retrim my skylights from inside to finish them off as well. Rain drop Gutter guards were the way to go!! My neighbors have gutter/roof envy! Thanks Guillermo! I’ve done 2 houses with Affordable and won’t hesitate to use again and again. You won’t be sorry you went with them. TOP NOTCH CONTRACTOR.

  Guillermo returned my call promptly and arrived the next day to look at the situation. He was able to schedule the repair the same week. He followed up to the resolution of the problem. Will be the first call I make should future issues arise

  Affordable roofing provided seamless service from the beginning to the end of our roofing project! Tom and Shari were friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. They worked with our insurance company to install a new roof on our home after severe storm damage. Shari was very helpful throughout the entire process and was readily available to answer any questions. She helped us choose the best color for our roof and scheduled timely service to get the job completed. She also had all of our gutters/downspouts replaced as well. The roofing crew worked very hard and efficiently, even during very hot days! They did an excellent job installing our roof and ensured that all nails and other debris were cleaned up. We would STRONGLY recommend Affordable Roofing for ALL of your roofing needs!
