  Our opinion is: Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with this business. Through our situation at the end I felt bullied, and be-littled. I felt intimidated to change my last review. He’s not a bad guy but he made the whole situation so stressful. I will not be taking this review down because this is how I felt and my experience using this business. This makes me feel so sad.

  Hi Stacy, as I informed you on the phone, the pre-existing leaks discovered by the home inspector were never disclosed to me prior to my repairs or they would have been included in my initial bid for repairs. The leaks are occurring because of a construction defect and they should have been disclosed to my company prior to my inspection and certification. The bid would have been significantly higher to include the unseen construction defects. Any known pre-existing leaks must be disclosed before I certify a roof so they can be addressed. They were known about, but not disclosed. That is written on the certification proposal as follows. "It is the responsibility of the homeowner to disclose any leaks or pre-existing conditions they may have prior to the issuance of the certification". Respectfully, Mark

  Mark is a great guy. He fixed a leak in my roof and didn't charge me anything. Who does that? Whenever I've got a roofing issue, I'm calling Mark.
