  We hired Affordable Restoration to put new sheathing and underlayment for our metal roof. When Jason and his team came out to do the work they found that the metal roof was in bad shape and would need to be replaced. Jason honored his orig quote and installed a new roof at his own expense. His team was extremely professional, clean and polite and they got the job done fast! I highly recommend Affordable Restoration. Jason is a man of his word and that is hard to find these days!

  I needed water drained from a crawl space in short order to Sell my house. Within the same day of call, Jason came and looked at it and got me a bid. Within a weeks time Affordable Restoration had a team over and installed a sump pump and now house passes inspection and is on the way to being sold! They left the place spotless from their dirty work and wrapped up by a hug and a handshake by Jason, the whole team was amazing!
