  I was enthusiastic about Affordable Painting Roofing & Construction coming to work on my house a few months ago. They provided what seemed to be a professional plan and a fair price. They initially worked quickly and effectively and got what I believed to be everything done. The next day, we noticed a small leak by the bathtub. We notified the company, and they came out two days later and attempted repair. They said they didn't have all the parts, and would be back later and that it was "too cold." Two weeks later, they had yet to return to finish their repair. I called again and notified them that the leak has grown and their appeared to be mold and mildew all underneath the newly renovated bathroom with lots of debris. They stated they would come "soon." Two days later, they came and still did not complete everything we requested. After calling back about some missing paint and persistent mold, I was told by a representative to "shove it up your ass." They never completed what we agreed upon. They were unprofessional and neglected to obtain a city permit per city inspector. They also never appropriately ventilated the bathroom, it is now creating excess moisture inside the attic instead of being pushed outside. At this point, we did not call the company back. More trouble than worth. I welcome the company to contact to rectify issues. I strongly suggest pursuing other companies for your painting/roofing/construction needs. If you must use them, I strongly recommend not paying full payment until all services have been rendered.

  These guys have always provided great work and they're always quick to come to my house anytime I call them! I would definitely reccomend them for any work you need done on your house.
