  My review based on my recent experience with Affordable Home Solutions: I was a little bit skeptical when Brock Dotson and Alex Dimichele showed up at my house offering a free inspection of the roof, but it turned out to be a satisfying deal with the Affordable Home Solutions. Brock and Alex had their inspector have a good check on our roof later that same day, and went through with me the photos of the cracks they found, that explained the slight leakages we found on the ceiling last year. With my permission, Brock and Alex called my insurance that day and confirmed I am covered for the roof replacement with a reasonable deduction. Next, they helped me to file the request to the insurance and a week later, they went through the roof inspection with the insurance agent while we were out for vacation. It was actually pleasantly simple to go through everything with their help. I was then informed that the materials will be dropped off to my house one day, the workers came and lifted all the materials to my roof so that my driveway was not blocked. At last, the roof replacement was scheduled and completed in one day. The team came to work on the roof at 7am and completed all the work by 7pm. The Gutter was cleaned, and I had a cracked siding so I asked if they can fixed it, it was fixed like new one. I couldn’t be more happier for their services. Thanks again to Brock and Alex. I recommended this company to my friends who may be interested in roof work. My only suggestion for the roof owners is to get a heavy duty magnetic pick up tool, there will be nails left hiding in the grass around the house, even the installation team used the magnetic tool to collect the nails before they completed. I spent $16 to get one from Lowes which is good enough for me to pick up the nails next day.

  From the beginning to the end of our experience with Affordable Home Solutions LLC, they were professional, helpful and accommodating! They helped us get a $30,000 roof replacement done for only $4000 out of pocket because they worked with our insurance company to get it covered. The roof looks beautiful and our experience with staff members couldn't have been better, they were all kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

  Affordable Homes solution what is professional and courteous. My husband and I were very grateful that professionalism and quick response in replacing our roof. We were very impressed with the workers and their knowledge of roofing. What I love most was that the roof was taken off and replaced in one day. After completion the staff walked around collecting Loose nails and suctioning The ground for them. We highly recommend them.
