  I called Affordable Contracting Services to remove a load bearing wall in my house. The owner came over for an estimate and was very professional and gave a fair price. Like all other good contractors during these times, I had to schedule the job out a couple/few months. The owner called me at the end of a week and asked if they could bump me up on their schedule and start on Monday, so they could have an inside job during a cold stretch. The owner and his crew showed up on time, every day. The first day, the owner ran to get materials so his crew could start on demo. For the little bit that I was home while they were working, I saw the crew being very meticulous in not making any bigger of a mess than they had to. At the end of each day, they cleaned up very well which was greatly appreciated with kids and pets. The crew was very nice and informative. I was not left in the dark or wondering about anything during the project. The owner was also very responsive every time I had to call or text him. I have saved his contact information and he will definitely be my first call the next time I need a contractor! I would highly recommend the services of Affordable Contracting.

  Affordable Contracting replaced our roof, siding, and gutters in 2021. They also put gutter toppers on and wrapped trim around the garage doors. We got 4 bids and compared price and warranty and Affordable Contracting’s bid was the clear winner. Owner Jesse did a great job of keeping us informed and managing the project. He also provided guidance in the selection process. We’re very happy with the entire experience!

  We had wind damage to our house and Affordable Contracting came out the same day I called them to review the damage. They matched my insurance quote and were able to get us on their calendar within the week, but due to a cancellation they came sooner than expected! The roofers worked quickly and completed our roof in a day. They made sure to thoroughly clean up the mess and left the yard/driveway looking as it did before they started. Would highly recommend their work! Thank you!
