  I got the metal for my roof from Affinity two years ago. Everything was great. I guess we picked it up ourelves I ordered one sheet of siding and 2 pieces of trim to finish the back of a trailer. First it took 3 weeks for it to be ready, and then I didn't have a truck to pick it up. The site was literally half a block from the shop but they charged me $50 to deliver. And on top of that they couldn't unload a piece of siding and some trim so I am still waiting. So that I can unload it myself on my day off. It seems like it might be a whole different crew than when I reroofed the house.

  Ms Beasly, we appreciate your continued business and apologize for any inconvenience that you have experienced. We do generally require someone available to unload when we deliver and our standard delivery is $50. On large orders of whole roofs or building packages, it would be unreasonable to expect our driver to unload the entire order by hand. In this instance, with your explanation that it was simply one sheet and a few pieces of trim, we would be happy to reschedule your delivery and have our staff unload those for you. If you will please call the shop at 432-617-4477 and ask to speak with Xavier, he is aware of your situation and will get things taken care of for you. Again we apologize and appreciate your business.
