  I called Advanced Roofing systems last week to inspect my roof, I talked to a lady named Barbara who was very courteous and professional. I have dealt with many contractors (businesses) in my life and I have to say, this place of business was about efficient and professional as it gets. Come to find out this is a new family ran business (husband/wife) ,after I talked Barbara her husband Roger called me back the same day .and within 2 days Roger had gone out to my roof, inspected, repaired and took pictures (keeping me informed every step of the way! I highly recommend this business. They won't let you down.

  Called them to get a quote to repair some roof tiles on a Taco Bell. I called on the 4th of December, and they said I will have a price by the 8th. Never got the price, and every time I called, I just got the constant run-around. “Oh yeah well let me check on this, and I will call you right back.” They never check on anything or call you back, you call them back and it’s the same thing over and over again. Needless to say, I gave this job to another contractor that actually does live up to their promises. If they can’t get you a simple price, I’d hate to see the response time and quality of work performed. Last time called was today and it’s the 17th of December. Almost 2 weeks from when I called.

  I contacted Mrs Miller to receive and estimate for property damage. A leak I have been having for a month. No one bothered to get back with me. This is the worst place of business. This company installed roof my in 2008. but good luck in trying to get them BACK!!
