  I don't even want to give this place a 1 star review as they do not deserve that. APRIL is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I called to have them put us on the schedule and she was dismissive, unfriendly and not helpful at all. She is clearly overwhelmed by her work load (which she stated on the call several times) and cannot handle the stress of the job. April takes out her stress and frustration on people who are calling to do business with them. She has a bad attitude and needs to be trained in customer service as she is lacking in these areas If April is a representation of this company, than I would highly recommend to go elsewhere. If this is how a prospective client is treated, I can only imagine how the actual client would be treated once a contract has been set in place. RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE! She actually called back and left message stating that they would not be able to come out and to contact another vendor. She sounded annoyed that we even contacted them. I no way did she try to build a relationship as a business owner with prospective clients. She completely dismissed us and would not schedule any roofing vendors to come out. We understand that this a busy season. However, April refused to see if she had an availability in the future as she stated was too busy. We have worked with them in the past. However, when we called April she said she did not recognize our properties name and stated that she does not have the time to look up our properties information because she had over 300 calls and she is tired. April desperately needs a VACATION or to take a leave of absence until she is ready to provide the bare minimum level of customer service. If this is not done, the company will fail and no one will want to work with someone who is disrespectful and rude.

  Talked to April, (office manager), several times, She's straight forward and to the point with no B.S. I prefer integrity to coddling.
