I can't recomend Advanced Roofing and owners Kevin and Patty Sweeney highly enough. I have had the opportunity to work with them both personally and professionally.

Kevin came out to inspect the roof of our new home... and instead of telling me I needed a new roof right away (like some storm-chasing contractors) he told me what I could do to keep the existing roof for a few more years -- and saved me a bundle! When the time comes to replace the roof, I know who I will be calling.

As a State Farm agent, I have had the opportunity to refer many customers to Advanced Roofing and have heard rave reviews about their team, expertise, pricing and the service they provided. Having happy customers is worth its weight in gold to me and I will continue to recommend them to friends, family neighbors and customers.

Advanced Roofing and Exteriors, and Kevin Sweeney did an excellent job replacing my roof.  I work at home, so it was important for the installation of the roof not to interrupt my work.  Kevin and his crew were very courteous and informative, letting me know exactly how long the roof would take to install. I am very pleased with the roofing installation and would recommend Advanced Roofing and Exteriors to anyone wanting to install a roof.

We received exceptional service from Advanced Roofing.  When we had to replace our roof-this was the ONLY company we called.  Kevin was nice enough to walk us through the process. And, in the midst of the project, when we decided that we wanted to add gutters, they were able to do that work as well.  They did everything that was promised, they arrived on time and completed the job on time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for their services.

This Charlotte roofing company in my opinion is the best among all Charlotte roofing contractors that I have worked with in the past. The quote was within my expectations of  "satisfactory" roofing job, but Kevin and his team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing and Exteriors.  Rob Long has been terrific.  I was introduced to Rob/Advanced Roofing and Exteriors by my realtor.  We are new to the Lake Norman area, moving from out of state.  Our roof had a leak after Florence, then another issue after Hurricane Michael.  Rob went the extra mile to diagnosis the second issue and identified as a potential chimney cap leak. Diagnosing can be tricky and he left nothing up to chance.  It could have done significant interior damage.  Pricing was reasonable, but more importantly, service was delivered better than expected and very timely.  An exceptional experience.

Kevin and his company have been wonderful.  They had my roof replaced in very short order.  I live in Florida and they replaced my rental house roof and working with Kevin and his team made everything go very smoothly.   They are a very stand-up company and stand behind what they say and even go above and beyond.  Thank you for providing an excellent service in a time when good companies are far and few.

My house experienced hail damage earlier this year. I got a recommendation from a neighbor to reach out to Paul at Advanced Roofing and Exteriors. Probably the best recommendation I've ever pursued. This is the first time we’d had to deal with a natural disaster to our home, and Advanced was there from the beginning all the way to the end. Paul went out of his way to make this unfortunately situation more at ease. He took the time to walk me step-by-step on how to deal with the insurance company, mortgage company, adjuster, and what to expect overall as I went through this process. Not only that, but the Advanced team, who worked on my home, were professional and extremely efficient. They got there at 7 am (as Paul promised), and were done with the whole project in one day. Many of the houses in the neighborhood were damaged, and I've heard a ton of nightmares dealing with the other contractors. My family was fortunate Advanced Roofing and Exteriors worked on the house, because it looks better than when we purchased it. We got an upgrade to our roof, brand new siding, and new gutters and all because of the hard work Paul and the team put into it. I recommend Advanced Roofing and Exteriors to anyone who is looking for this kind of work in the Charlotte area.

Advanced Roofing and Exteriors did a great job to my home as I am looking for the best roofing company for roof repairs due to my damaged roof. They inspect my roofing system and provided me the ideal solution to get it done. I am very satisfied to the quality works they provided me and I highly recommended them if you are looking for solutions to your residential roofing.

Advanced Roofing and Exteriors is, by far, the most professional and experienced roofing company I have used in my 26 year career in Real Estate. I have never been disappointed by their services and have used them numerous times! I would not consider anyone else for any of my roofing needs!

Advance Roofing installed a roof on our home approximately 2 years ago. With the high winds we had this month, several shingles blew off. They came to inspect the damages on two different occasions. They acknowledged that the roof was improperly installed and stated that they would repair the roof but they did not. We called them on at least ten occasions. They WILL NOT return phone calls, and DO NOT stand behind their work. We contacted the manufacturer, Corning, and was informed that the roof had to be improperly installed as it was designed to withstand winds of 100+ miles per hour. As of this second, rain storms are expected this weekend, our home remain exposed to the elements, and they do not care. Their Customer Service is horrible. We, the customer is left holding the bag, trying to find another contracted to repair the mess that they left us. We have exhausted all avenues with them to repair this situation to no avail. We have no other choice at this point but to seek legal means.  Therefore legal counsel has been sought and is currently pending. My recommendation is anyone other than Advance Roofing because you also will be left trying to clean up their mess..
NO RECOMMENDATION FROM US. THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS  VERY SOON. Good luck if you consider being a future customer of Advance Roofing and Painting.
