  Advanced Consulting did a major roof resealing project for our 32 story building after performing an inspection for us. Their inspection was thorough and state of the art. Their estimate won in a competitive bidding process and Advanced Consulting recommended a better technical solution with a 20 year warranty for our HOA. We were provided with regular status updates on the progress of the project, and, except for some weather delays, all work was completed on schedule. I highly recommend Advanced Consulting.

  Nick and his team were very professional and helpful when an apartment building I managed needed an emergency roofing repair. Many residents were affected and Nick's team made it to the site quickly, performed an excellent repair and got life back to normal for the residents. He and his team are my first call for all roofing needs (repair, recondition, new installation)!

  Great company, great service! We had a rough go with the insurance company, but Advanced Consulting handled all communication with the insurance company, responded timely to emails/calls, and guided us through each step of the process. Our roof was damaged by hail/wind. Insurance initially denied the claim, claiming repairs would be <$400. I hired Advanced Consulting to do the repairs and they discovered that the insurance company's subcontractor had put staples in the shingles throughout the roof against code, covered the damaged area with a poorly attached tarp which blew off within two weeks, and there was extensive hail/wind damage that required full replacement of the roof. The insurance company admitted fault with respect to the staples but then went dark and wouldn't respond to timely emails or calls for 6 months. Advanced Consulting came out and put protective covering on our roof (which stayed intact for all 6 months), handled all communications, brought in a public adjuster to force the insurance company's hand in settling the claim, and replaced our roof. I couldn't have been more impressed with the result and wouldn't have wanted to go through that battle with the insurance company without their help... I would recommend Advanced Consulting to anyone in need of roof repairs!
