  Chad is a longtime Salida local, that has experience in ALL aspects of new home construction and remodeling. We are still in the planning stages, and so grateful he will fit me into his extremely busy schedule this year. I can't wait to start the process, and see the magic he works on my old log cabin, off the grid, in Cotopaxi!

  Had roof job instillation with Advanced Construction; Multiple Leaks, repairs, and retrofits. Difficult to communicate with. Roof ended up being a poor value with all the issues that occurred.
