  I recommend Aderhold to any commercial property manager of manager of an Apartment Community. This is a company that defines "get the job done right." They have an awesome preventative maintenance program and are experts at commercial roof replacement.

  Completely agree with the prior review that the company disappears. Every phone call I have made to the company was never returned. A lady will answer the phone, take a message and say the owner, Brian Aderhold, will call BUT HE NEVER DOES. The only time he returned my call is when I threatened the Better Business Bureau. This is a mickey mouse operation.

  I had a lot of damage because of the termites we get here in Florida. Coming from Chicago, I thought I was safe because it was a block home, I didn't think of the wood in the roof. Thankfully it's all been repaired thanks to Aderhold Roofing. I highly recommend them but .. lol ... hope to not have to use them again. I learned.
