  We needed a roof repair quickly as shingles had blown off of our roof during some high winds. James returned my call promptly and came out the next day to repair it. While he was doing the repair, he inspected the roof for other damage. He was very professional and personable, and the price he charged was very reasonable. I would definitely have him fix my roof again anytime.

  This statement is false. We compleded the work agreed upon months ago, it's all in writing. You called us to diagnose two roof leaks. We came and inspected the roof and diagnosed the leaks to be caused by two pipe flanges and an attic vent that were installed incorrectly. You were also informed that the leaks had already caused significant damage to the roof decking in the form of wood rot. Pictures were taken and to show how the roof was sagging and dipped in the areas of the rotted roof decking. You were also told that the damage caused by the leaking pipe flanges and attic vent may also now be contributing to the leaks. You voiced concern about the cost to replace the areas of rot and opted to replace the pipe flanges and attic vent in hopes of solving the leak issue. You called three months after the work was completed to report that one of the two leaks had continued to leak. We went back a second time to inspect the pipe flanges we installed and determined that the leak was likely due to the rotted sagging roof decking just below the pipe flange. The roof decking in the area of the leak needs to be removed and replaced with new roof decking and shingles, this additional work was never included in the first contract.

  The boys at adapt turned up the day I rang them they were extremely punctual. I received three quotes to convert my tiled roof too a colourbond roof there workmen ship was above and beyond. Great prices and fantastic blokes me and my husband Are extremely satisfied.
