  Literally a SCAM. Got our roof replaced in 2012. Ten years later, (which is conveniently when their warranty expires), the shingles are falling off, left and right. Ironically, the first line in their warranty, reads: "We will not be responsible for: 1.Acts of God, such as hail storms and winds in excess of manufacturers warranty." What do you think CAUSES roof leaks, Sherlock?? Anyways, this company took big time advantage of a senior lady, who trusted them. They just wanted the money. Take my advice, and stay clear from these scammers!

  I am sorry to hear you are having problems with what I assume is your Mom's Roof. We strive to give our customers a top quality installation and we stand behind all of our work. If you would give us a call and give us your name and address we will gladly come out and inspect the roof for you. Even if your roof is beyond the warranty period, please give us a call. Most roofing companies only give a 5 or 7 year warranty, but we always provide a 10 year workmanship warranty. The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer. We would NEVER take advantage of a senior citizen and we always give special attention to providing them with a thorough explanation of the roofing process, the materials involved, our warranty and the manufacturers warranty. Shingle manufacturers only warranty their products up to specific wind speeds. Unfortunately we cannot warranty the products at wind speeds in excess of the manufacturers warranty. Wind and hail damage are not issues any roofing company or manufacturer cover. These types of issues would be covered by the homeowners insurance policy on the home. There was 65 mile an hour wind gusts on Thursday which may be the reason for some of the shingles coming off. Please call the office. We have still not recieved any phone call in the office which would help us help you with whatever problem you may be experiencing with your roof. If you have a valid concern about your roof installation you should call the office to address any issue.

  I first saw this company's work across from where I work. I was impressed with their professionalism and hard work. I asked the homeowner at the end of the day if he would recommend the company and he said "absolutely yes". I talked to one of the workers as they were meticulously cleaning up and grabbed their card. I needed my rood replaced, along with replacing an old, leaking skylight. I got a a few quotes and they were not the cheapest, and not the most expensive, but they had by far the best customer service. Gerry came to my house at my convenience. He was professional, polite and with no sense of smarmy salesmanship that I sensed from the other companies reps. He had the brochures and info for all the materials he would use so I could choose The best option for my house. The shingles were top of the line, the skylight matched the prices I had already researched. A very good quality job at a fair price. The skylight looks fantastic! Gerry even put a tarp on the leaking skylight so there would be no further damage before his crew could replace the roof. Their cleanup was perfect too! All in all, I recommend their work, and indeed grabbed their business cards to pass along to friends, families and neighbors. Good Job, guys!

  Adept Construction did an excellent job and met our expectations. Gerry, the owner, patiently spent the time to answer all questions, provide samples of roofing materials, provide list and location of as many similar roofs for us to see, and provided the most exhaustive list of references I have seen a contractor provide to potential clients. Gerry came out to discuss the proposal to ensure common understanding of what was included in the price and what was not included, and final adjustments were made to my satisfaction. Gerry did a pre-job brief with the crew to ensure they understood our expectations as well as he did. His crew was very courteous, worked hard, and thoroughly cleaned the property before leaving every day. Throughout the project, Gerry promptly replied to my calls and emails, and stopped by periodically to inspect the work. I would recommend Gerry and Adept Construction for any roofing project.
