  The lady that works in the office acts and talks like she doesn’t want to be there. She informs you when the materials will be dropped off but they were dropped off earlier than she stated. I had to call multiple times to find out a date that my roof would be done and she could never give me one. I had materials in my front yard and on my roof for approximately a month. His crew broke a piece of guttering and I was told it would be fixed. Went over a month without it being fixed. Was told I needed to pay them the rest of what was owed and stated I wanted my piece of guttering fixed first. Claimed they had until I sent a picture of where it wasn’t fixed. Still having issues with an area that leaks. Don’t trust them to fix it quickly or properly. They come across nice and friendly until you have issues and then they become rude and threatening.

  I have reported this review multiple times, but I guess google doesn't care to remove it. There is no way to report false reviews and have them taken down. I have not done business with anyone named Jack Brown and believe this review has been falsely written by someone to either affect my rating or to purposely leave a negative review. This person does bring up similar instances I had with a customer but all has not been truthfully stated. It sounds alot like a homeowner I currently have sent to collections for non payment, who simply just refuses to pay me a final payment for their project we did. They bring up a gutter issue, which I did have with this particular person where my crew accidently knocked an end cap off and forgot to put back on. They wanted to hold my payment for that, I nicely asked for a picture to see what they were talking about but would never say you have to send me a picture first before I will fix it. Sounds ridiculous. The gutter issue was fixed promptly and correctly. If this is the same person, my secretary bent over backwards for this homeowner and worked diligently with this homeowner to make sure everything was took care of going back and forth with their insurance company to make sure they had what they were needing because this homeowner wouldn't even return their agents calls. This homeowner would barely answer phone calls or emails. Making an opinion about someone based off a phone call and leaving a bad review about them because you think they "dont want to be there." Is simply your opinion and shouldn't be part of a reason to leave a bad review. What this person also states is materials were there for a month, they were not given a start date are all false because we have not had an issue like that with anyone on top of everything else that was stated. I would never be rude or threatening to any of my customers. You can not trust every review you read, focus on the good reviews left by many of my happy and satisfied customers. Always do your research and choose who you feel most comfortable with using on your home projects, and if your contractor has done everything they are contracted to do and they've done a good job with no issues never keep money that is due to them. If this is the same person, and you have a leak I imagine you haven't attempted to let us know about it is not because you dont "trust us to fix it quickly and properly." It's because you haven't paid us our final payment and now you cant call to have anyone take a look at anything. Pay your contractor the money due.

  Adams and Son Roofing just installed a new roof on our house and it looks great!. Brandon and his crew are very hard working and worked diligently to make sure the job was done right and we were 100% satisfied. They also did a great job at cleaning up the debris. Now we have a beautiful roof that makes our house look so much better. I would highly recommend them.

  A most professional and efficient crew came to fix the flashing,siding,and roofing around my chimney on the house.Did a wonderful job and would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs or a new roof.
