  After the torrential rainstorm Nashville got hit with a couple weeks ago, the roof started leaking from 3 different points on the roof at one of the vacation rental properties I manage downtown. I called ACS to come out last minute on a Sunday morning to fix the issue, and they were so wonderful to work with!! Adam quoted me a price on the spot, and was honest and accurate with how much the repair would cost. The issue was fixed promptly and expertly. Communication, professionalism, and quality is off the charts! Highly recommend, and they will be the first people I call next time!

  ACS commercial roofing applied a GE silicon coating application to cover the membrane roof at my office building in downtown Columbia. I chose this application over roof replacement because my roof was in good shape, the cost was much lower and the silicon roof came with a 20 year warranty. The application made my roof look brand new! The ACS team did an incredible job getting my job done on time in the middle of COVID-19. I highly recommend anyone looking at a roof replacement give the guys at ACS an opportunity to evaluate whether your roof would be a good candidate for silicon coating. I was very happy with my experience working with ACS commercial roofing and would highly recommend their service to the greater google community!
