  I didn't have the opportunity to actually have any work done. I was calling for an opinion on silicone roofing, the pros and cons. John gave me a lot of good information and advice that I can use if I decide to do this type of coating in the future. I appreciate that he would take the time even though I was just seeking information at the time. He seems to really know his stuff so definitely check out Ace Roofing when you start searching for a roofer.

  Buyer Double Beware ! I paid full price to replace two small new tile roof and two flat roof. I almost got cheated with just one new tile roof. Jon attempted to just repair the second roof using my old tiles but was caught in the act! So prepare to climb up to the roof to check every step of the process. As shown in the pics. He put metal flashing Just half on my flat roof. It leaks in less than a year. Took many attempts for him to come…the reason, he said he was busy because of so many complaints!!! He eventually came and did a Sloppy job patching up my “supposed”brand new tile roof! I thought he was kind, honest and experienced when I first met him… but he is the exact opposite plus very unprofessional and unresponsive!

  Dear, Mr. Choi It did not come out good. 1. You have 7 roofs and you don't work with contract. 2. In-proposal utilize old tile and new. 3. You supervised the work and While we are working. 4. You promise the more $2,800 extra work, We Did not Get paid. 5. Pay the bill..... We will fix the your issue.

  Ace Roofing did a great job on our roof and parts of the neighboring/shared roof. John and his team were very responsive, honest, and fair about the initial evaluation of the roof project. We highly recommend. Thank you John and team!
