  Aaron was putting a new roof on one of my neighbors garage and came over and gave me an estimate for cleaning my gutters. His price was very reasonable and much less that a previous estimate. He agreed to come over and clean my gutters when he finished up work on my neighbors garage. They did a great job and cleaned up everything really nicely when done. I will call him again when I need any future repairs or work done. Very professional and friendly. Thank you for helping me out!

  Aaron and his crew did a fantastic job replacing the roof on the cabin!! Looks wonderful!!! I pulled in and there was no mess to clean up, no nails left in the grass or anything!!!! I'd definitely recommend them and hire them again!!!! Thank you!!!!

  This review has two parts. First, in terms of the work actually performed, Aaron and team did a good job. I would give them 5 stars on work delivered. The second part is the communication and lack of completion. We contracted to have the roof replaced on the house and garage along with some soffit, fascia and gutter work. They completed the roof and the soffit work. They then asked me for the bulk of the payment even though the contract said 50% down and 50% at time of completion. Since they had done nice work to this point, I paid everything except $1k of the money to make sure they would finish the gutters. My mistake. We attempted to make contact with AC construction over 20 times and finally told them to forget the gutter work and we would write a review. Suddenly they get back to us instantly and tell us the gutter rolling machine is broken. This was after they told me 3 weeks prior that they were changing out the aluminum coil to match the color of our house as requested. Long story short, do NOT give money until the job is done. It was a hunting expedition to get my gutters and I am still searching to get them installed by a different contractor since they did not want to finish the job. Long story short, good guys, but the communication and follow through was very disappointing.
