  I definitely would not recommend Absolute Commercial Roofing to anyone.  As an installer I completed a Commercial Roofing Project for him in Fort Collins in July of 2020.   I provided him with the invoice on multiple occasions and as of March 2021 he still has not paid me for the work completed.   The property owners paid him for the work months ago.  I have called on multiple occasions, and he doesn't return my phone calls.   I even stopped by his office in Loveland multiple times and he is never there.  It should raise huge red flags to any property owners when the contractor that they hire will not pay their installers for work completed.   In the state of Colorado subcontractors and suppliers can file a lien against a property if a contractor refuses to pay them for services rendered.   Please be aware that if you hire Absolute Commercial Roofing to perform work on your property and Ben Koehn chooses not to pay his subcontractors or suppliers, there is a solid chance that a lien will be filed on your property until he pays the amounts due in full.  As far as I am concerned he does not have a good track record of paying his bills even when the property owners have already paid him.

  I have used Absolute Commercial Roofing for coatings and repairs on 2 of my buildings. All the work has been done professionally and in a timely manner. Ben personally supervised the work and it was done to the highest standards. Cant go wrong with this business
