  Had an appointment for Monday at 930. 945 comes around, they're still not here so I call. The guy says he has his kid and the appointment was for Tuesday which I know is a lie since last week when I called he was all about coming that same day but I couldn't make it work til Monday. I put it on my calender as soon as I got off the phone. Tuesday rolls around...i wake up early again.. 930 comes and goes. Now it's 10 so I call and ask if they're on their way. No apology no nothing just "yeah we're about ten minutes out." I told him not even to bother coming anymore since I have to leave for work at 1030.it would have been different if they were apologetic at all either time I called them to see where the hell they were...but no. I wouldn't want these people working on my house any way! Don't waste your time.

  My next door neighbor had a roof replaced with ABS. I came home that day to find a dumpster in my driveway, plywood on my front lawn, bags of shingles and shovels in my flower beds, and my garage door damaged by a trailer that was pushed into it. The flowers in beds were crushed and one is completely missing. I understand they have a job to do, and roofing is messy, however, their attitude when I brought these issues up was incredibly unprofessional. I asked to speak with the boss, who said he did not have to ask permission to use my driveway, and that he could take me to court if I got in their way. I'm not sure whether this is true or not, but isn't it just easier to be courteous and ask the neighbor? I expressed someone should have told me my driveway would be blocked, so I could inform my tenants. He made a negative comment that he "saw the type of tenants I have, but whatever." I have a very nice mother and her 3 daughters living upstairs. I'm not sure what type of problem he would have with them, other than the fact they are of hispanic decent. I found his comment very offensive, and can only conclude he must be a racist pig. The manager agreed to replace 3 of my flowers, so I decided to ignore the negative comments and the fact all their materials were in my lawn. The roofers are gone and all cleaned up, but they did not replace any flowers as agreed upon. They are still crushed and one is still completely missing. This company is rude and does not deliver what they agree upon.

  We called ABS for an estimate of the inside of our house because of water damage. The guy came and took measurements, and other details. When he left he said he will write up the estimate and either put it in the mail or drop it off within a couple of days......this was over 3 weeks ago and we havn't heard ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!! Not a company I would recommend to anyone!!
