  Perfection in every way! First contact was with Kim (owner of company) who scheduled appointment for inspection by Earl Bishop (president). Earl was precisely on time, very polite and efficient. Within a day I got estimate via email from Lisa (in the office). Work involved removal of 2 layers of old shingles, and the crew accomplished this massive task and cleanup quickly and carefully! Communication with Kim and Lisa in the office was very pleasant and efficient, as well as contact with Earl, who always provided reassurance regarding my questions, and professional information about materials and work-related details.   Abrams recently replaced my roof and skylights, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work, their pricing, and their excellent customer service. Their insurance specialist, Josh, worked with my insurance company every step of the way, so I didn’t have to deal with any of the negotiating. Excellent job, top-notch company, and fabulous people to work with. I highly recommend Abrams.

  Abrams Roofing was great. They were quick and professional. I didn't have any issues at all. Initially I was told it could be a few weeks before they got to my roof because of their work load but then they were able to get it done a lot sooner than expected. From the first phone call to my final interaction with them Abrams Roofing was great.
