  After the horrific wind storm that western NY had we experienced some roof damage. We reside in Scottsville so it just made sense to support a loca business. We located "above the rest"......unfortunately the experience was a lesson learned. The young man and some of his crew (With homeless and drug use descent)came to our home to estimate the damage. Asked for a deposit up front and stated the work would begin the following day. The next day came, then the next, then the next with no call no show. We called the company and no returned calls. Since the rain began we continued to call with no response. We finally gave up and called a well known reputable company that came the same day and fixed the situation. Please go by this review when considering this company. It is with much regret that our intention on finding a local business to support turned sour. We have relayed this experience to our mayor Mr Gee along with the board of trustees and fellow neighbors. The next step is the BBB.
