Ability Plus Roofing repaired a leaking steam vent and installed another one in a better location on my roof. Very competitive estimate, prompt and timely repair, super friendly and efficient. They are an honest, local, family run business that goes above and beyond!! The owner Karl was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend this company!! Photos are before and after

I had Ability Plus Roofing replace my entire roof two years ago and they did a fantastic job. They had great communication and were very accommodating to all my needs. Fast forward to this year my furnace exhaust cap got damaged after some heavy winds. I reached out to them and received the same level of service. I can’t thank Carrie enough for her quick response and scheduling. They had someone out to fix in just a few days. It’s so hard to find contractors like this. I will always go to them for any roofing needs.

Excellent customer service! Dave and Carrie are awesome! Great product, service, and warranty (20-year). I had seven different bids for my roof replacement.
