  Working on a DIY project and was looking for siding options. My first visit I met with a gentleman that was very helpful and showed me several options and allowed me to take a couple siding panels to compare against my brick. He also told me to make a drawing with Dimensions and they would be able to figure up what I needed, what they had on hand and what would need to be ordered. That is where the helpfulness ended. When I picked a style and was ready to purchase I called the store to find out what accessory prices I would need in addition to the panels. I was put on hold only to be greeted by another employee who asked “what do you want” and when he found out I was not who he thought I was, no apology for his rudeness, just asked who was waiting on me. I said I did not know as they did not give a name when they answered and put me on hold. After explaining what I was calling for again, this gentleman told me that “his” employee would not have told me that they could do an estimate. I tried to explain I was not needing an estimate, I was wanting to know what all accessories I would need besides the panels. After being told “his” people did not have time to complete estimates and being told that “I needed to hire a contractor to figure out how much material I needed” I informed him that I would just return the samples and find somewhere else to purchase the materials. I asked what the hours where for Saturday and was told they were only open until 12 noon only to show up at 10 am to a dark building and an “hours” sign showing they were closed on Saturdays. I assume they changed their hours between Thursday afternoon and Saturday. Their web page also shows they are open Saturdays till noon. I should have left the samples at the front door!!! If my only experience was with the rude manager (assuming based on his “my employees” comments) I would have given a 1 star! I might suggest this gentleman learn customer service from “his” employees!
