Great staff and pricing is fair... Normally they'll have just about anything you'll need in stock which is always a great thing

I called asking about a certain product carried by ABC. I was told it was in stock. All information said that it was open until 4:00 pm. When I arrived at 3:40, driving 20 minutes out of my way to stop and pick up the products, the doors were locked and the store was dark. Worst possible customer service.
