Hours of operation are from 7am-3:30pm. Delivery drivers there is room for overnight parking for two 18 wheelers on the side of the establishment. Basically, follow GPS to front gate area, make a u-turn at end of street, drive back towards end of street and park on left side.
You can take tarps off outside and be ready.

I went to this place with a slight idea of what I was looking for and no idea of where I was going. I ran into a guy who was standing outside and I  asked him where could I purchase supplies. He proceeded to show me but he asked what was I looking for. He must have sensed that I didn't know so I described what I needed. After taking to this guy for about 10 minutes he gave so much information on what I needed to know about the items I was looking for and what they had on hand  I walked in the office like a seasoned pro. This place has knowledgable employees who take the time to listen to their customers and give them what they're looking for not what they can sell to make more money. I will do business with them again because they could have sold me extra unnecessary items on the fact that I didn't know but I felt like they wanted me to be a repeat customer so treat the customer right.

ABC was  awesome as usual! They always go above & beyond to take care of us & it doesn’t go unnoticed! The Panama City location is exceptional from the warehouse to the office to the sales reps.

Terrible way to treat customers. Didn’t call as others have said. My wife & I suffered a great deal of stress over them not giving us a simple call. They just showed up to drop supplies off. I had never heard of them before. Then the driver kept saying well it’s not our fault...  it’s not our fault man, to the customer— not sir, but not our fault maan!! Don’t blame us man!! It’s the contractor— check with them, don’t get mad at us.
Mad? Nah not mad just super disappointed they NEVER called before just showing up out of the blue. They said it was a mix up & that wouldn’t happen again. The contractors said it was an accident & it would be taken care of. Then right after the New Years holiday I come home one day to find our things that was stored neatly in our small driveway ( which is prone to water retention) was thrown into the yard nearly hitting my new trailer & some moved to the side in the bushes ( really!?? C’mon that’s just tacky) & there stuff they dropped off  not covered or wrapped but half way; boxes partially broken open & take a wild guess not one single phone call... no voice mail no email no nothing!! Seems like they gave a growing problem.
Honestly as a small biz owner I was confused why twice they did the same thing. So either management needs changed or something needs changed for the better. You can’t keep blaming others for your lack of decent business.  If we use a contractor again & we will I think it’s best ABC supply stays out it.
I’ve ordered a lot of supplies from many supply businesses over the years & nobody is perfect but this forcing you to do business their crummy way is no way to do business. A simple phone call & arrangement with us would have made all the difference. It’s the 21st century & those of you reading this know reviews matter.   Maybe 10 or 20 years ago of mattered, but In 2018- 2019, reviews on Google and other websites can make or break business growth.  Maybe ABC supply is so big that they simply do not care about growing more, or becoming a better as a business, but think of all the business you could get from those of us that do use reviews to decide sometimes and we either skip altogether or just pick the company that has better reviews.

In this day in age, there are better choices to choose from in many cases— It happens because I have done it, and I know people do it all the time! ABC should care that a crummy experience is something nobody wants! So what if they were fast getting here, but just bad attitudes & no phone calls. Sad, just sad. It really is. Good luck if these are the folks you have to rely on.... maybe Gulf Eagle supply or the handful of others is a better choice. Perhaps you should call ABCs competitors and ask if they do business with a little bit more professionalism? That’s all I have to say about that.
