  Always helpful and friendly. I generally just go in and pick up stuff for clients - buy have witnessed thier customer support fir others and I can say I would be satisfied for sure.

  Horrible customer service. Had some cracked soffitt to replace. Called several times all week. They don't have it & don't try to find it anywhere else even though they're only distributors who can get the product. They said they would call back. Hasn't happened yet. That was days ago. Pathetic follow through & pathetic follow up.

  Great place to purchase building materials! Friendly staff, knowledgeable and very helpful. You can tell they know their products. They have a wide variety of products to choose from.
