  We have an older home in College Heights that was quaint but did not meet our needs. We contacted Abbey and with their help were able to use the existing footprint but moved walls around, raised flooring in back of house 6 inches to make the whole floor plan the same height. The project took a little longer then expected but considering the circumstances it was not an unreasonable delay. We now have a larger Master with a full bath. The floor plan allowed us the ability to have a larger dining room and better access to all the rooms. We are now working with them on designing a screened in porch for the house.

  Could not be happier about our experience with Abby Construction. From day one, Chris was great to work with. Professional and punctual at every turn. They do quality work at a fair price and got the job done when they said they would, which in my experience isn't always the case with construction companies. Chris went above and beyond when the concrete company we had hired did not show up, he went ahead and scheduled his guys to come out here to finish the job for us by our deadline even though this was not in the original scope of the job. Chris also made sure to communicate when each step of the job would be happening and what they would be doing. He took his time explaining things when we had questions and wasn't afraid to ask questions if he had any along the way. Overall, our experience with Abby Construction far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them and will be using them for any future projects we have.

  In the last two years Abby has completed three major renovation projects for me. A complete remodel of my late father's home, a kitchen renovation and a roof build over. I highly recommend them. Knowledgeable, helpful, diligent and courteous. They have called and followed up several months after each project to make sure there were no issues. Will definitely use them again.
