  Tim is super nice and helpful. He helped guide me through the insurance claim process and his team did a great job replacing my roof. I hope to never have to replace a roof again, but if I do it will be with Abbott roofing.

  Tim Abbott was very professional, polite went over everything with me in detail. His crew was very organized, fast at their job. Everything was cleaned up after they were through. We are very pleased with our new roof and will recommend his company for anyone looking to replace their roof. Thank you so much Tim. Also want to add that my score to Abbott Roofing is more than a 5 star He gets a 10 star rating.

  Abbott Roofing company is my first roofing company that I used. I worked with other roofing companies but I could not close the deal with them. I paid cash for the entire roof replacement since the insurance company denied my claim (I worked with other roofing company for this). I was quite worried because it was a big investment. It turned out to be a great experience. I would recommend people to go straight to Abbott and I did not receive any monetary value from this company for reviews. This is an honest review from a moderate DIYer. 1. Tim, the owner, is a super reasonable guy to work with. With other roofing companies (I talked and got a quote from at least 3 roofing company), you talked to the sale guy and they evaluate their time and their cut rather than your project. If you want to discuss or talk about some concerns or even pricing, you talk to Tim and he listens. 2. Reasonable price. 3. Keep to the end of the deal. There are minor problems after any big projects as I expected. I talked to Tim and he kept to the end of his deal. He sent the crew to resolve the problem. 4. Tim is fun to talk to and he has a nice pick up truck :D 5. No exposed nail but 1. I climbed up to the roof and checked every single square inch of the roof myself for exposed nail to satisfy my OCD. To my surprise, I found only 1 exposed nail. On the very edge of the roof, Tim resolved the issue right away in the following week. 6. So far, it has been raining quite hard for over a month and no leak yet. Fingers crossed. I checked on the Attic myself like every few days. 7. He upgraded my shingle to Max Def (Grey but mixed of different darker color to show the more depth to them) for free. I talked to him about that color and he said it would cost more compared to the regular one. I said then I might be okay staying with other color. Eventually, I had the color I wanted with no extra cost and I could tell the difference because my neighbor has one without the Max Def. It looks just how I like it to be. I would believe agility and trustworthy are great characteristics for a successful company and Abbott sure does have it. Thanks Tim and the crew. I would definitely come back to Abbott for some other projects.
