  My experience with AAA Renovations started with seeing a number of signs in my neighborhood, moved to Matt (Project Manager) reaching out to ME about the potential of having my roof replaced, he did a quick inspection and saw some storm damage that I missed as I was out of town. Matt then walked me through opening a claim (read: opened a claim for me), he was able to shortcut the process by knowing the exact information required. After that, he said he would take care of everything down to checking for nails and debris. Man did he deliver, the roofers were done in a day, the work looked outstanding, it was cleaner than when I left. All of this is to say, I have had the most wonderful experience working with AAA and specifically Matt.

  I dealt with Matt, the Project Manager, who was friendly and professional throughout our interactions. He was never pushy and didn’t demand immediate decisions; he just let me know about the roof replacements happening in the neighborhood, provided me some information about the company, and encouraged me to research them. Matt was responsive to all my questions and we were able to work out a time when installation would be the least disruptive to my work day. He also contacted me when the job was done to follow up. The roof looks wonderful and everything was done in one day, including cleanup. It was a low-stress experience for such a big project. I would recommend AAA Renovations.

  I had my roof replaced this fall by AAA Renovations and I am so pleased with the results. Matt was very responsive and handled things in a very professional manner. That meant a lot to me. If I had any questions, they were addressed right away. And the installers were very professional and efficient. They came in and worked and cleaned up around my house so it didn't look like they were even there except that you can see a wonderful new roof on my house. I would recommend AAA Renovations for any home owner needing to look at roof repairs or replacement.
