  I had my gutters completely replaced. When I contacted the company they were extremely friendly and I went and picked up color samples. They told me it would be about a 3 week wait if I decided to go with them. I decided to go with them and they said I would be contacted to schedule a date. I contacted them on a Friday after a few weeks of not hearing anything and they said they would come out that Monday. I guess if I wouldn't have contacted them who knows when I would have heard something. That Monday they come out and take all my gutters off and tell me I have some areas where the fascia board is rotted (the wood behind the gutters). I ask them to replace it but unknown to me they don't do that work. What sense does that make to do gutters and not that work, which is basically part of gutter repair/replacement. The worst part is that I was never told beforehand because I wouldn't have chose them because I was pretty sure I had fascia damage. So now that all my gutters are off I had to scramble to get someone to replace the fascia board, as I didn't want my house sitting without gutters. I was fortunate that I was able to get the fascia board replaced the next day so AAA came back out to install the gutters that Wednesday. While AAA was installing it started raining so they stopped and just left the remaining new gutters on the side of my house and didn't inform me that they didn't finish. After 2 days of not hearing anything I contacted the company that Friday to see when they were coming back out and the person I spoke to stated he didn't know the job wasn't finished and would have them out there Monday. Well Monday comes and no one shows up. I call and leave a message and no one calls me back. Finally, after 2 weeks of calling I get an answer and the Project Manager says he will have the work finished. There was no apology for not responding to my voicemails or the delay. The work overall took almost 3 weeks from start to finish and my house doesn't have alot of gutter linear footage. Apparently the project manager had a medical issue going on and the reason I was given for the delay. While I hate for someone to go through anything I still needed my gutters done and worst of all there was no communication on there end. I had to keep contacting them to finally get the work completed. As I stated in the beginning everyone was extremely nice but I didn't see the professionalism, communication, and organization that I would like to see in any business. I would not recommend this company for gutters for sure. Maybe they are better in the other areas but I won't be using them for anything.

  Shonnell, We are sorry that you had a bad experience using our company to install your gutters. At the time we were performing your install we were at about 1/2 staff due to our company having an outbreak of COVID. Our gutter department manager was also out of the office due to a heart attack he suffered the day before our scheduled install. Again we apologize for the experience you had.   I bought a house with a metal roof that had been installed about 4 years prior to me purchasing it. The original contractor installed it incorrectly and so this roof constantly leaked no matter how often repairs were done. AA Metal Works finally put an end to this headache. Scott, Tammy, and his roofing crew are all professional, courteous, and punctual. They completely redid the roof and I couldn't be more happy with the result AND the work ethic and ease of dealing with this company. They are true professionals and I will be recommending them every time.

  We bought a house that was in need of re-do EVERYWHERE. AAA Metalworks replaced our roof. They were one of the easiest contractors that we worked with. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. Job site was all cleaned up when they left. We have people stop and ask us who did our roof when we’re out in the yard and sometimes they come knock on the door to ask. The roof reduced our interior temperature by 11 degrees. After a horrendous snow storm, AAA came out quickly and repaired the gutter damage we experienced. Just recently we had them match the roof on our barn extension. Scott is always quickly responsive and never made a promise he didn’t keep. We have been more than satisfied with his work and would highly recommend.
