  Do not call for an estimate!!! ***A-1 roofing are scammers*** They take advantage of woman They made my wife sign a waiver to have “permission to go on the roof for an estimate” Knowing she wouldn't read it. Their bid came back with unnecessary repairs and double any one else's quote. They then said that by signing to give an estimate we were contractually obligated to do the work. They tried to intimidate my wife and I had to trespass them from my property A-1 roofing and the representatives have no integrity and deal in bait and switch tactics. Don't waste your time. Company will go out of business with time. If you have to rely on fraudulent tactics then you clearly don't have a winning business model or pride in it.

Our Project Managers and Roofing Specialists ensure that customers understand what they are signing. We are sorry that there seems to be a misunderstanding. Additionally, our forms are very easy to understand. No scary legal jargon present. I'd be happy to review the documents with you. Give the office a return call back so we can help.   Had multiple companies put in an offer to redo our aging roof. For a 5bd house they quoted underlayment replacement at $17k and an additional $4k for tile. I said I'd like to go with them and we scheduled a date to meet and finalize everything. They cancelled and said they're going to reschedule when back in the office and they never got back to me, even after I reached back out. I just got ghosted by them. I was ready to write the check. I just got ghosted.

  I had a great experience with A1 Roofing, start to finish. I requested bids through home advisor, and the owner Jose was the first one to respond. He was very responsive and immediately sent someone out for an estimate. The gentleman who came out, Ron, gave really exceptional customer service; he was friendly and professional and very prompt with the inspection and the estimate. I did get other quotes as we don’ t make a lot of money and we really needed the lowest price but all of the other quotes were higher and the guys who came out didn’t give the same level of customer service, so I ended up going with A1. Also, I really liked that they are family owned; you could tell they cared more about our business than the other companies. The work did end up taking a little longer than was originally forecasted, and also they had to replace more wood and tiles than they thought at first, so there was an additional cost beyond the original quote, but even with that they were still less expensive than anyone else, and they did do a really good job on the roof. I would definitely recommend them. The customer service was top notch and the price was by far the best. Ron in particular was great; he responded to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner and explained everything as we went along. The crew was very good about cleaning up every day, and left my yard exactly as they found it. Really a great job at a great price.
