  I've never written a review before, but I just have to for this establishment. They deserve 0 stars. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! I agree with the past reviews. Extremely rude! Please take your business elsewhere.

  Wouldn't even give me a quote. I am an owner/builder remodeling our home. We received our drawings from our engineer which calls for a pre-engineered girder truss. I reached out to A1 Roof Trusses for a quote and was asked to provide a copy of our plans which I promptly did. Shortly after their review I got an email from them asking me to have my contractor contact them. I informed them I was an owner/builder and that I have my affidavit with the county stating so. It might be policy, but they said they would not sell to me. Will be taking my business elsewhere and based on reviews looks like many others have had similar issues.
